Vinfication	A blend of 70% Alicante Bouche grapes, 15% Durif, and 15% Carignan of Mony Winery were harvested separately with expertise and love at night. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to a short oak barrel aging.

Imprression	The result, a dry wine, with a deep and impressive red hue. The wine has a pleasant aroma of spices that blend with the aroma of toasted oak, medium in body with red fruit flavors and a long and enjoyable finish.
