Vinification	The Shiraz grapes, were harvested from the vineyard's finest plot, nurtured, fortified, fermented, aged in oak barrels for 14 months in French & American barrels.

Impression	A quality wine in a deep red hue with touches of purple, with a medium to full body, elegant structure and smooth tannins. Rich in aromas of berry and ripe plums, smokey, cinnamon and delicate vanilla combined with moderate and elegant oak.
