Vinification	The Chardonnay grapes, were harvested from a well preserved and unique plot in our vineyard, they were nurtured, fortified, fermented and matured “Sur Lies” in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Impression	A quality wine in a deep shade, with a medium to full body, rich in aromas of lemons, grapefruit, green apple and a little vanilla, influenced by the barrels. The wine has a rich and fresh taste that ends with great elegance.
